Mrs. Anjali Abrol is an accomplished educator with more than 15 years of rich experience.
She excels at academics and takes great interest in extra-curricular activities. She has a Master's in English and Master's in Commerce from Himachal University, she was a Gold Medalist in the Course B.ED from Ch. Charan Singh University.
An excellent hands on trainer, she has also been a resource person in several Teachers’ In-service Workshops.
Mrs Anjali Abrol is a keen learner and a firm believer in the philosophy that good education should be focused on learning and not teaching. She is passionate about improving learning outcomes and life skills of students through well rounded quality education. She brings her skills and experience to her role as the Principal of Rajiv Gandhi Memorial Public School.

At RGMPS we provide a continual learning environment to our students and staff. I and my team are focused on creating and sustaining positive culture and positive climate where student resilience and well being are at the centre of the school environment. We have embedded a culture of assessing the impact of learning programs, and aligning them to suit individual student needs so that students can reach their full potential. We are also focused on building teachers' understandings of positive classroom behavior and engagement practices and ensuring students have the tools and skills to develop positive and self-regulating behaviours. We have taken small steps for building school pride and empowering students so they have a greater say in the decisions that affect their learning and their lives at school, and fully and proudly participate in school life.
We realize the value of harnessing the full capacity of the community and parents to collectively encourage students' learning, enhance student outcomes and equip them with the capabilities to excel in a rapidly changing globalized world.
The faculty and staff of our school are hardworking professionals who go the extra mile to ensure that our students receive the finest well-rounded education possible. In addition to developing academic skills, we furnish students with experiences that nurture aptitude in critical thinking, problem solving and teamwork, and which have considerable value in promoting underlying attributes associated with being well-prepared for life, such as creativity, persistence, and the ability to communicate and collaborate.
